OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Remember that your balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event.
1. CEREMONY ARRANGEMENTS: We are naturally very unobtrusive and will not distract you or your guests while videotaping your ceremony. Please ask theofficiating clergy if we can videotape in such a way as to be able to see your faces during the ceremony. They are often more open to accommodating you and your special requests than accommodating us.
2. ATTENTION GROOM: We will be putting a wireless microphone in your boutonniere about 15 minutes before the ceremony. This is very important to properly record audio during the ceremony. Please do not turn it off after we put it on you. Nothing you say in this microphone prior to the ceremony will be used. It will not be heard throughout the church at any time and once the ceremony begins, it will be recorded only on video. Feel free to say all the beautiful things you naturally would say to your bride during the ceremony. We will remove this microphone right after the ceremony.
3. PROVIDING AMEAL: From the time we leave our studio, to the time we return, is typically 10 or more hours. A courtesy meal will be very much appreciated. If you are having a sit-down dinner, please ask the catering director to prepare a sandwich or vendor's meal early and leave them in a room near the reception room, before you are served your first course. It is important for us to eat early so we are free to videotape you as you visit your guests at their tables.
4. PARKING: Please provide parking validation for the videographer(s). We can also bill you for reimbursement if this is an inconvenience on the event day. If this is aproblem or there are other parking arrangements, please let us know.
